VenuIQ has seen a great start to the new year with events up and down the country, both in the UK and the US. Our event technology has supported conferences, roadshows, virtual meetings, and exhibitions and we’ve seen a real increase in the number of people attending events again. It does feel great to be back with real-world events.
Here are some of the events we’ve worked with this year and a small summary of what we provided with each:
Family Law Bar Association – A hybrid event taking place in Cambridge. VenuIQ technology connects virtual and onsite attendees with the content and each other for networking.
ONEBSS Conference – Held at Wembley stadium with 100% app usage. “My Guest Pass” is used to check people into the event and for lead scanning. Slido integration for word cloud used.
AMC Theatres – VenuIQ powered the online registration and white label mobile app for AMC Theatres’ “2023 AMC Connections” Nashville conference. They came to us with specific needs (world-class customer service, custom registrations, and Workplace by Meta integration), and we delivered!
Sightcare Conference – Postponed from 2022 due to the Queens funeral. Used VenuIQ registration forms to register delegates and their session choices. This synced with each delegate’s personal agenda for seamless data transfer. Full suite of functionality used for networking and programme.
Abdominal Wall Reconstruction 2023 (AWR) – First year back at the event with an event app after COVID. Used to ensure people can engage with content.
Low Carbon Agriculture – VenuIQ produced an event app to help remove the printed brochures at the exhibition whilst providing a messaging platform for sponsors and delegates to connect.
Journal for Care Nurses Roadshow – We’ve completed two events recently and JCN will use our container app throughout 2023 to enhance their content and networking series.
WMX Americas – Our second year with WMX Americas. Delivered an improvement on our networking search functionality, as requested, whilst providing full session engagement, AI matchmaker, networking and more.
Fundraising Live 2023 – First time with the event post-COVID. So many new functions and homepages, including the delivery of our new lead scanning.
