Our new enhanced curated meetings module makes one-to-one meetings between guests easier to administer and more efficient to organise.
It allows event organisers to create a curated, bookable meeting service for event delegates and sponsors while retaining control over what meetings occur and when. It’s a significant development as it means that organisers don’t have to choose between two extremes of meetings, one with no control or one with too much admin work.
Now, attendees can send meeting requests and, using the power of the organiser, ensure that these meetings happen.
Organisers have found that app engagement goes through the roof and has helped extend networking and event engagement to pre-event and post-event, as it’s through the mobile app.

How it works
Guests choose their requested meeting in the VenuIQ event app. They can do this via VenuIQ’s AI matchmaker, job title searches or networking filters.
Once a time and location are selected, the meeting appears in the organiser’s scheduler where it can be approved or otherwise (shown below).
