VenuIQ were delighted to be chosen as the event technology partner for the ISF World Congress in Rotterdam, 21st-24th October.

ISF partnered with VenuIQ to develop the ISF World Congress event app and also chose to have attendee tracking at their event. Attendee tracking is the best way to monitor and analyse traffic flows around your event. It’s incredibly useful for adjusting to developments on the day, sponsor and exhibitor gains, and post-event analysis and recommendations for future events.

750 people were required to be tracked during the event. Six concurrent streams of content that needed session attendance were tracked for education hours/CPD. We also tracked the exhibition floor plan to provide heat maps and stand traffic information.

As well as tracking, VenuIQ provided our mobile app for networking, session planning & engagement tools and, most importantly, lead scanning.

A new feature this year at ISF was a “passport for prizes” feature, which generated over 1,500 additional stand visits. “Passport for prizes” incentivised attendees to visit specific sponsors to scan a QR code on their stand. Once all 11 sponsors have been scanned, they are entered into a prize draw to win one of up to seven prizes.
